How fast will I have my photos?
Photos are delivered within 24 hours of the shoot, edited and MLS-ready. Video and film take a few days more, because they're cut by hand.
Is there really no image limit?
None. We shoot every room and angle the home needs and deliver all of it. A small condo might be 25 images; a large estate might be 80. You never pay per photo.
Can you fly the drone at my listing?
In most of Northern Virginia and the Fredericksburg area, yes. Some areas near airports and the District's restricted airspace don't allow it. Tell us the address and we'll confirm before you book.
How does square footage pricing work?
Every starting price covers homes up to 2,000 sq ft. Each additional 1,000 sq ft adds $50. A 3,800 sq ft home on Starter is $450.
Where do you shoot?
Northern Virginia and Washington D.C., extending south through Fredericksburg, Spotsylvania County, and Caroline County. If you're near the edge of that, ask. We usually say yes.
How soon can you get there?
Often within a day or two. Send your preferred date in the booking form and we'll confirm the earliest slot.
Do you shoot occupied or staged homes?
Both. We'll send a short prep checklist after you book so the home is ready when we arrive.
